What to Expect On Your First Visit
A Review Of Your Dental Care History
Our dental team will review your dental care history, as well as listen to any of your concerns about your oral health. Please download and fill out our New Patient Forms before your first visit. This form will help us understand your oral health more.
Oral Exam (X-Rays)
Our staff will then proceed with a full oral exam, in order to evaluate the health of your smile.
Open Discussion
At South 40 Dental, we believe in open communication and strive to educate our patients about their oral health. If you have any questions or concerns about your oral health, we are here to answer any questions you may have!
A Complete Oral Health Plan
At the end of your first visit, our team will make some recommendations for your ideal smile. We will also provide each new patient with an Oral Health Plan.
Financing
South 40 Dental in Grande Prairie offers convenient payment plans for our patients. We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your dental benefits.
We will do everything we can to help you stay within your budget.
For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with a payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted at our office are debit, cash, and Visa or Master Card credit card.
We also offer convenient Third Party Financing with DentalCard & DentAssure Financing.
Ask us how you can get all of your dental treatment done, and make payments over 6 months up to 7 years with no early payout penalties or hidden service fees!
Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice.
We ask for advance notice, so that we can offer the appointment time to another patient.
A fee may be charged if a patient does not arrive for an appointment without sufficient notice.
