Our dental team will review your dental care history, as well as listen to any of your concerns about your oral health. Please download and fill out our New Patient Forms before your first visit. This form will help us understand your oral health more.
Our staff will then proceed with a full oral exam, in order to evaluate the health of your smile.

At the end of your first visit, our team will make some recommendations for your ideal smile. We will also provide each new patient with an Oral Health Plan.

For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with a payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted at our office are debit, cash, and Visa or Master Card credit card.
Ask us how you can get all of your dental treatment done, and make payments over 6 months up to 7 years with no early payout penalties or hidden service fees!
